Credit intermediation activity is subject to the supervision of the Bank of Portugal.

Any complaints regarding the provision of credit intermediation services may be submitted by e-mail to reclamacoes@doutorfinancas.pt, in person at Av. José Gomes Ferreira 11, Edifício Atlas II, Piso 1, sala 11, 1495-139 Algés (head office), for which the credit intermediary may provide a specific form, by registered mail to the head office address or via the website https://www.livroreclamacoes.pt/, expressly and circumstantially stating the basis for the complaint. Complaints may also be submitted directly to the Bank of Portugal, using the contact details and instructions provided on the Bank's website (https://www.bportugal.pt).

The client may also resort to alternative litigation mechanisms, such as the CACCL (Lisbon Consumer Disputes Arbitration Centre), located in Lisbon, or the CICAP (Porto Consumer Disputes Arbitration Centre), located in Porto, to which may submit the complaint to avoid conflicts with the credit intermediary.
